Gabriel Mo was born and raised in south-central Kentucky, and has never quite recovered. His work has been featured in exhibitions throughout the U.S. and internationally. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Murray State University in 2014, and a Masters of Fine Arts degree in Metalsmithing and Jewelry Design from Indiana University Bloomington in 2019. His creative practice explores themes of belief, credibility, and the experience of discovery, and his current research focuses on hand and machine fabrication in metal and wood, mechanical movements, and musical instruments.
